Each event includes a short talk from a local creative professional with time for audience questions and socializing afterwards. Each lecture is free and open to anyone. Coffee and tea are provided. CREATING civilized debate

Friday, JANUARY 11th | 9:30AM | Bozeman Public Library

Is civil debate possible in this day and age? Even about divisive topics like climate change? Dr. Steve Running is an internationally recognized scholar in satellite-remote sensing data, global vegetation productivity, climate change and more. He has taught at the University of Montana since 1979 and among a long list of notable achievements was Steve's position as a chapter lead author for the Nobel Prize-winning 2007 Assessment of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
